Pham Van Dong Boulevard is the coastal axis linking central Nha Trang with North Nha Trang (Bai Tien, Hon Chong, Vinh Hoa). According to KDI Holdings (08/2026), regional connectivity includes:

• Ho Chi Minh City – Nha Trang expressway is open, cutting travel from 9 hours to 5–6 hours.
• Buon Ma Thuot – Nha Trang expressway is expected to open in December 2026, cutting travel from 4.5 hours to 2 hours.
• Da Lat – Nha Trang expressway is planned for 2026–2030.

According to the developer’s sales policy, studio prices at Alora Nha Trang start from VND 1.36 billion/unit under the standard payment schedule and basic handover standard. A fully furnished handover option is also available. This is the initial announced price and may change by launch phase, unit type, floor and view.

PAYMENT PLANS (for reference, subject to change)

• Plan 1 – Standard payment: deposit VND 50 million; 10% within 7 days after signing the sale contract; then an average of 1.8%/month; 25% at handover (31/03/2029); final 5% upon receiving the ownership certificate.
• Plan 2 – Early payment: deposit VND 50 million; 10% within 7 days after signing the contract; 60% after 30 days; 25% at handover; final 5% upon receiving the certificate.
• Plan 3 – Bank loan: only 15% own capital until handover, with interest support until handover. Deposit VND 50 million; 15% within 7 days after signing; bank disburses 35% after 30 days; at handover, 15% own capital plus 30% bank; final 5% upon receiving the certificate.
• Plan 4 – Special policy (first 300 customers only): only 10% own capital until handover, with interest support until handover.
