La Tiên Villa Construction Progress Update – September 2026: Building Toward the Committed Handover  

As of  September 12, 2026 , construction at the  Vega City urban development — home to the  La Tiên Villa enclave — continues to progress at a steady pace across each milestone. From foundation and framing work in early 2026 to the increasingly defined shape of the development today, this update brings together three real on-site milestones, giving investors and reservation holders a clear view of the project's actual progress.  

Milestone – January 22, 2026: Foundation Completed, Structural Framing Underway  

In early 2026, construction crews focused on  foundation work and structural framing for the low-rise villa blocks. Rebar and scaffolding were erected simultaneously across multiple sites, confirming that the site had entered the shell construction phase following the proper technical sequence.

Milestone – August 8, 2026: The Development Takes Shape  

Seen from above, more than half a year later, the villa blocks had been  framed and covered with construction netting across a wide area, while Vega City's landmark structures in the background (high-rise towers, the performance center) continued to be completed in parallel. This alignment between shared infrastructure and the villa zones is a positive signal for the development's overall progress.

Milestone – September 12, 2026: Latest Progress  

Compared with the August 8 milestone, the density of  shell-completed blocks has increased noticeably, and cranes remain active at nearby structures — evidence that the site continues to operate without interruption. This gives investors confidence that the project is progressing at the pace originally committed.
