Napoleon Castle Apartments Nha Trang – 40-Storey Overview

Napoleon Castle I (also called Napoleon Castle 1) is a 40-storey residential tower at 25-26 Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Nha Trang. It stands on La San Hill with sea views on three sides and a wide outlook over the city, which is why it is known mainly for its sea-view apartments. Sources name Cat Tiger Khareal Co., Ltd. as the developer; some pages list the name as Cat Tiger Vietnam.

Napoleon Castle Location: La San Hill, Facing the Sea

Napoleon Castle sits on La San Hill, opposite Nha Trang University. From this position the tower faces the sea on three sides, and most apartments are marketed with views over Nha Trang Bay or the whole city. The project is close to Hon Chong beach and the Po Nagar Cham Towers, two well-known sights in Nha Trang. Some sources put the walk to the Hon Chong area at about 5–10 minutes.

According to the sources, the project belongs to Vinh Phuoc ward; ward names may have changed after the administrative reorganization, so use the street address 25-26 Nguyen Dinh Chieu when giving directions.

Apartments at Napoleon Castle are mostly small to mid-size, suited to living and holiday stays. Because the tower stands on a high hill with sea views on three sides, the outlook from the middle and upper floors is usually what buyers and tenants care about most. Besides the apartments, the project also has shophouses in the commercial podium.

Construction Progress

• Construction started in 2017, according to the project page on Homedy.
• March 2018: the newspaper VnExpress, in the article “Napoleon Castle I thi công vượt tiến độ” (Napoleon Castle I ahead of schedule), published on 27 March 2018, reported that construction had reached the 16th floor at about 6 days per floor, with the 40th floor expected in the third quarter of 2018.
• 2019: the newspaper Pháp Luật TP.HCM, in the article “Cao ốc 40 tầng chưa xây xong đã cho dân vào ở” (a 40-storey tower not yet finished, yet residents move in), published on 24 October 2019, reported that the developer had signed handover records with more than 200 customers and many households had moved in. The same article says residents reported a handover later than the Q1 2019 date in their contracts, with keys given at the end of May 2019.
